The Privacy Policy describes the rules for collecting and using data of Website users, which are collected directly from them or through cookies and similar technologies.

What information we collect about users of our Website and how we use it

We collect and use data mainly in the performance of our contractual obligations. Most of the personal data we process is data about users of our Website or orders for products and services offered in the course of our normal operations.   • request the Administrator to inspect their data, as well as to receive a copy of them (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • request the Administrator to rectify or correct the data (Article 16 of the GDPR) – in relation to the request to rectify the data when it notices that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • request the Administrator to delete your data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  • request the Administrator to restrict the processing (18 GDPR) - e.g. if it notices that the data is incorrect - it may request the restriction of the processing of its data for a period allowing us to verify the correctness of this data);
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with the processing of the user's personal data by the Administrator.

The Website User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, hereinafter referred to as UODO.  The subject page of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office can be found at:

At the same time, we would like to remind you that complaints sent to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office that do not contain the name and surname (business name) of the complainant and their address will not be considered by the office due to the lack of contact possibilities. In accordance with national regulations, the general e-mail address of the Personal Data Protection Office is not used to file complaints. If a user submits a complaint via UODO e-mail without using the applicable form available on the ePUAP2 portal, it will not be considered.

 

Recipients of personal data of Website users

The recipients of personal data of the Website users may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the provisions of law.
