Hester Sp. z o.o., the owner of the TheVirus brand, was founded 30 years ago with a focus on creating top-quality textile components for the automotive industry, collaborating with premium car brands. Over decades, we honed our expertise in precision sewing and delivering exceptional products.
In 2017, we decided to enter an entirely new market—the sports industry. Starting with prototypes of windsurfing sails, followed by boards and foils crafted from ultra-lightweight, durable carbon, we quickly earned recognition among athletes and water sports enthusiasts. Within just a few years, we invested in state-of-the-art machinery, advanced software, and team training, allowing us to achieve a high level of production quality and innovation that sets our products apart in the market.
The year 2025 marks another milestone for us—we are launching TheVirus products globally, providing access to our equipment to customers around the world. By embracing a direct sales philosophy, we ensure flexible production and the ability to ship orders "overnight," guaranteeing that every customer receives equipment ready to perform whenever they need it.
